Cooking Rice Sticks comes in many form. You can put it in soup, deep fry it or just plain old stir frying it. All delicious!
Cooking Instructions:
1. Roasted: Soak the rice sticks thoroughly in hot water for 3-5 minutes and then take it up. Fry meat in slices or cubes together with shelled shrimps, mushrooms or vegetables. Then put in the soaked rice sticks and stir-roast them for another 1-2 minutes. It may also be seasoned with tomato sauce, chili sauce, mustard, or your preferred condiment.
2. Fried: Fry the rice sticks in boiling oil (No need to soak). Such preparation is good to be eaten with congee. It is also a delicious dish if added with shredded meat, mushrooms, etc.
3. Cooked In Soup: Boil the rice sticks in flavored soup for a few minutes. Enhance flavor by adding condiments before serving.
